I think I
have a type.

The work kind, of course

I’ve always been curious about how businesses work, especially how brands build a name for themselves. My other interests have changed over the years. This one’s stuck.

I’m drawn to brands with a clear purpose. I love figuring out how my work can help them grow and make the customer experience better, then getting into the details to make it happen.

Great copy, a strategy that doubled sales, an ad film everyone’s talking about? Yeah, I’m probably already reading up on how they pulled it off.

And here’s what I bring.

New brief? I’ll find my feet.

Growing up in an army family meant seven schools, new faces and plenty of practice finding my feet. I learnt to adapt, pay attention and listen before assuming I’d understood someone. Useful habits to bring to a new brief, too.

There will be a list.

I enjoy thinking ahead and sorting the small details. Good planning makes execution easier for everyone involved. A satisfying spreadsheet is just a bonus.

Can work with "one last change."

I like a plan. I’m not personally offended when it needs rewriting. I can stay composed through “one last thing”, and its occasional sequel.

Will happily do the homework.

Getting to know a business properly is part of the appeal. I enjoy the research and the questions that help me make better decisions.
